The Lenoir City Utilities Board (LCUB) Contract Administration project is a multi-year effort by LDA Fiber to work with LCUB to ensure quality control and correct construction billing from contracted companies FiberRise and KGPCo during fiber-optic broadband network expansion. The expansion funded by LCUB will service Lenoir City, Loudon County, Farragut and parts of west and southwest Knox County with the goal of bringing fiber-optic broadband to the general public and into rural areas of the utility company’s jurisdiction.

LDA Fiber is providing auditing services for LCUB of projects completed by FiberRise and KGPCo that include conducting quality checks to ensure all installed components are up to code, ensuring that all measurements are accurate to construction drawings and confirming that all audit invoices are accurate with what was completed to prevent under or overbilling. LDA Fiber will ensure fair financial transactions between LCUB and its contracted companies.
